Brief DescriptionUNC8153 TFA is a selective and potent NSD2 protein degrader with anticancer activity.UNC8153 TFA induces NSD2 degradation in MM.1S multiple myeloma cells and inhibits the proliferation of MM.1S cells.
-
DescriptionUNC8153 TFA is a potent and selective nuclear receptor-binding SET domain-containing 2 (NSD2)-targeted degrader with a Kd of 24 nM. UNC8153 TFA reduces the cellular levels of both NSD2 protein and the H3K36me2 chromatin mark. UNC8153 TFA contains a simple warhead that confers proteasome-dependent degradation of NSD2.

HIF-1 alpha (556-574...
This is a hypoxia-inducible factor-1 (HIF-1 a) 19-mer fragment. HIF-1 functions as master regulator of response to oxygen homeostasis. Hypoxia-induced gene expression is initiated when HIF-1 subunit is stabilized in response to a lack of oxygen. This part of HIF-1 binds to the von Hippel-Lindau factor (VHL) an E3 ubiquitin ligase, and the proline 564 is absolutely critical to the binding process.
